• NCIDQ Tuition Reimbursement Fund: With an inaugural gift from Mannington Commercial, this Fund offers IIDA Associate Members an opportunity to apply for financial assistance upon passing all three parts of the NCIDQ exam.
• IIDA Sustainable Design Education Fund: The establishment of the Sustainable Design Education Fund is an important Foundation initiative. This fund serves as a vehicle to advance the awareness and knowledge on the topic of sustainable design. IIDA Student, Professional, and Associate Members who take and pass the LEED Accreditation Exam may apply for consideration for tuition reimbursement.

Following Hazel Siegel’s passing in 2020, IIDA NY developed this program, which serves to honor her legacy. Siegel, an acclaimed textile designer and chapter member, held various leadership positions and received numerous honors over 40 years of dedicated service to the chapter. She also served as a professor of textiles at Pratt Institute for over a decade. For her commitment to the design industry, Siegel was named ICON in the industry by Interior Design Magazine’s 75th anniversary issue.
